Last night Rio de Janeiro opened the Nike Flyknit Collective with amazing artwork from Ernesto Neto. The uniquely interactive installation at Estação Leopoldina is an interpretation of Nike Flyknit’s formfitting properties that forms the starting point for a global rollout of commissioned works from the Nike Flyknit Collective members.Stay tuned for a full update on the event as well as the workshops around it.

Nike Flyknit Collective Shanghai: Sustainability
As a response to the Urban Mining sustainability challenge, one of our teams created a training device for runners called the “HexKnit.” It is made completely out of leftover materials from Arthur Huang’s Feather Pavilion.
